Would not recommend unless maybe you are a millionaire. I have had TMJ issues for probably 20 years and I've done chiropractic and exercises but the clicking and pain persists. My dentist suggested I see a specialist due to the nighttime clenching and wear on my teeth. I had tried night guards but most recently it caused my jaw to lock which was scary. This place accepts my insurance so I went. As someone who has worked in medical for a long time, I knew I would still have to pay but nearly $1000 for the experience I had was NOT worth it. At my first visit the doctor thought that maybe what was happening was an issue with the disc and that is why my jaw shifts out of place when I open, which made a lot of sense. She wanted to do xrays to get a better idea of what type of appliance I need. She also thought I probably had some arthritis. The xrays cost me over $600 (with my insurance) and the visit was $150. The follow up was $75 and that's where I was completely disappointed. She went over my xrays (sort of). She said I moved a little (even though I followed the directions and held my breath) but from what she could see, I have arthritis. She also said there was "someth

I've been seeing Dr. Chandrashekhar since January, after living with chronic TMJ pain for at least 10 years. Before treatment, my jaw constantly felt like it was being held together by tightly wound rubber bands. I genuinely believed this was something I would have to manage for the rest of my life. Today, I'm happy to say I've been completely pain-free for over a month and have progressed enough to pause treatment for the time being. The improvement has been life-changing. What sets Dr. Chandrashekhar apart is her incredible attention to detail and commitment to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She took the time to thoroughly understand my specific situation and developed a comprehensive treatment plan that included an oral appliance, medication for both acute and preventative care, physical therapy, trigger point injections, ultrasound, and laser therapy. Every recommendation was thoughtfully explained, and I never felt pressured into any treatment. Appointments were often lengthy because she genuinely invested the time to educate me about what was happening in my case and how each treatment fit into the larger plan. As a patient, that level of care and transp

Dr. C is, without a doubt, destined to become an OG in her field. Although a relatively new practitioner, her depth of knowledge, impressive background, and well-managed office are clear indications her office will continue to grow. I've suffered with TMJ issues for over a decade - she gave me home exercises and within 30 days, my pain/grinding went from a pain level of 10 out of 10 to ZERO....and she's crafted a long term plan that has put me completely at ease. Her office staff are polite, responsive, and professional. She knows how to navigate insurance, deploys state-of-the-art equipment, and has an impressive array of professional partners to round out her practice. She is patient, kind, and in constant pursuit of ways to improve. I'm glad I found her early on.

So grateful to have found Chandrashekhar and her team! She takes my Kaiser insurance and is very thorough and really takes the time to understand my concerns and create a treatment plan tailored to me and my specific needs. I’ve found significant migraine and TMJ relief in the 6 months I’ve been working with her so far.
